Some of my friends at MP and DA asking me how to start making money online with their own blog. That is why today I will make post about that ^^

HOW TO START

A. Create a Blog

a. Decide your Blog’s Theme.
Make sure you choose your favorite subject. Do not force your self to creating blog that not in your favorite

For example, Gadget is really good niche. But if you do not understand anything about gadget, do not force your self to create blog about it. Make sure you enjoying anything that you write

b. Decide your blog’s platform
There are a lot of blog platform. WordPress, blogspot, jomlaa etc. I choose wordpress because I familiar with PHP and CSS. I love to edit the template by myself (I cant use XML at Blogspot). lol And jomlaa not many template that I can found ^^; Most beginner choose blogspot since it free and so many template ^^

I often can not online because my international connection is in trouble. Some times I confuse what should I do when my internet is die.

I need to keep my blog on the top of search engine result with do seo tune up for your website. The biggest trouble is, I will get vacation from 21 June till 10 July 2009. I can not online on that time. I try to manage my blog when I in vacation. But it still hard when I cant online normally

And then I get idea. How if I use my time when my internet die with more productive way

1. Brainstorming idea post. Like what I wrote in tips how to write blog daily, just write the idea on your note book and add sitemap if U like. Add various aspect for detailed articel

2. Write it! You don’t need internet to writing your article right? Just write it on front page or notepad. If your internet already online, you are ready to post on your blog

3. Capture image. If you want to create tutorial, this is the perfect time to capturing image for your tutorial. Save it and you can upload it at image hosting later

4. Creating new idea. For example you can creating new poll, new competition or maybe new layout?

5. Take a break. Maybe internet die also has a purpose. lol Resting your eyes so you can be fresher to create better article in the next time.

Hope I can write constantly with this tips. I also hope I still able to use my time efficiently to blogging even though my internet is dead.

Indovps being hacked at 2008. I store my sharing-info.com site there. And the result is… ALL BLOG that I stored there is gone. The hacker also delete the backup file. My latest manual back up is 29 August 08. Thats mean I lost 2 month post (300post). Hohoh. The games post is save since I never delete my posting at frontpage. But my asianhunks, asianbabes, and sexy cosplay blog is gone. But its easy to recover since my Imageshack folder store all images. The problems is my main personal blog. I never did any backup yet (Its still has 7 post). And it all gone. wahahahahah

I dont want this happen to your blog. So I warn you….

This is how to safe your blog data

1. Do routine back up. NEVER EVER lazy to back up your data. Mostly I backup my data every 2 weeks. But since September various thing happen to me. And I’m quite busy so I forgot backup manually. Thats my big regret.

2. If the blog content is really important, copy it also to textpad, frontpage, or any text editor incase your database can not be restored. It was happen to my freebies blog. The database won’t be restored. So I must repost all post that I already made

3. Dont forget to check your file privilege number. Never set it to 777. I was forget to return it and my blog get deface. lol

4. Never put many egg in one basket. I dont have much money right now (I spend my online money to buy new computer and help my parents). So if one of your blog hacked, you still have another one.

Hope this tips help you to avoid loosing data like I do. Ganbatte ne.

Still remember my comment was marked as Spam comment by akismet yesterday? I already do what can I do to de-spam my IP from Akismet Spam database . A thousand thx for all my friends who help me to de-spam my comment from their blog.

After I posted 20 comment to my own blog and de-spam it one by one, now I’m FREE!!! Thx thx thx Now I can commenting to your blog normally again. Amazing.. that way able to fix my problem less than 24 hours ^^

I also analyze Why my comment marked as spam by akismet, I get some conclusion.

1. I’m posting comment too much at one day
you know, since Google PR July 2008 Update, I like to read and leave my comment that sharing my experiment to many blogger. Maybe that’s why akismet ‘think’ I’m spammers

2. I’m posting URL at my comment
Since most of bloggers ask “And how bout Ur Page rank?” so I answer “My http://video.persusi.org PR drop from 4 to 0” since I’m not using that blog for commenting. Some people think it caused marked as spam.

3. One of bloggers think I’m spammers and mark my Comment as spam
It maybe happen accidently or not. But some people said it need at least 4-5 spam mark before Akismet ‘learn’ that my comment is spam.

I only found 3 reason why my comment mark as spam. I think I will be more careful next time. Weheheh

But so happy its already fine now. Now my jobs is thinking how to put LINK FRIENDS to my site (confused). Teach me pls….
