First of all, you should download this software : virtualdubmod

This is FREE software and doesnt need instalatoon.

1. Open VirtualDub.exe

2. Open the video file (File->open)

3. At Audio tab, make sure you choose “Full Processing mode”

4. After that, choose Volume

5. Drag the kursor on the right to increase the volume of your video. Or drag to the left to decrease your video sound volume. You can preview ir before you save it.

6. If you not sure it will work or not, do “SAVE AS AVI” it will save you video into different file

7. Waiting

8. DONE

Btw, the file size might be increased. be careful, Increasing volume 1 file 300MB increase to almost 5GB.lol
