So sorry for late update. I’m very busy preparing my cosplay and masquerade at Japan Indo Festival 2008

Due to Satona request ‘How to create glowing effect with Adobe Photoshop“, I try to make it as simple as possible.

1. Create new file and fill it with black color (I make 500px X 500px)

2. Create new layer (ctrl+sift+N) or press button new layer

3. Create shape in the new layer with yellow color (the color is up to you)

4. Duplicate the shape layer twice (ctrl+J twice)

5. Change color of the top layer by white. Select it use magic wand (W) and Sift+f5(fill) choose white.

6. Filter->Blur->Gaussian Blur. I fill it with 7 px. It depend on your file size

7. to the second layer, Filter->Blur->Gaussian Blur, but fill it higher point that white layer. I give it 10 px

8. Done

is that simple?

If you have any question, pls feel free to ask. I also accept tutorial request.
