Photoshop Shinning Cloud Tutorial

1. Open Our Photos with Adobe Photoshop. I use this image. We will made that in 3 easy step

2. Press Ctrl+J (duplicate layer), and you got 2 layers

3. Choose filter-> blur -> Radial Blur, Use these setting. Click and Drag the Blur Center into upper left side.

4. Change the blending mode into SCREEN

5. And erase some part that not necessary ^^ And U done

Tips : U can change blending mode into overlay or lighten to get different effect
