1. Open Our Photos with Adobe Photoshop. I use this image. Thx for Nooxie for the tutorial

2. Change foreground color with Blue (Or any other color that suitable with Ur taste)

3. Use Rounded Rectangle Tools (U) with Radius 15 px and make shape like this. If U dont satisfied with the size, use ctrl + T (free transform) to fix the size.

4. Right click on the blue layer and choose Rasterize.

5. Right Click on the blue layer and choose Blending Option

6. The settings of Layer Style are
Drop Shadow: Size = 13
Inner Glow: Blend Mode = Color Dodge
Opacity = 30%
Color = White
Size = 45 px
Stroke: Size = 1px and color=black

7. Last, Drop the Fill point until 30% or depend Ur desired.
